Hi there everyone! Just a quick little post today for I'm sick and not feeling very well. I was a little bored today, though, so I put toghether this manicure and I think it turned out quite pretty! The products used are above plus I sealed it with Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Hardener as the nail art pen fades quickly without it.

Finally, here's a cute song for you, it's Inside Outside by The Grates and it's my favourite song by them. One girl on youtube commented on this video, saying 'Makes me want to dance in my underwear, kicking all the people out of my life who have hurt me, all while twirling a ribbon.' and it sums it up pretty well! Hope you're all having an amazing weekend and good luck to those whose semester starts on Monday (like me, haha)!

Life lately│Birthday, vegan baking and so on

Good evening, everyone! Today is my 22nd birthday, it's weird, I don't really feel like 22 yet but who am I to complain, right? Today was a little too rushed for my liking but my Mom came back home from her knee surgery in hospital, so I was really glad. In the afternoon, I met up with my friends Barbara and John and we headed to a cupcake-business-related meeting with our logo/website creator, a crazy-talented guy! Afterwards, I managed to buy birthday presents (long live Lush!) for my friends Jules and Misha whom we're having a bday party with tomorrow. Also I popped at Marks&Spencer to buy some Halloween candy, can't wait for Halloween as I love it to death.

Some of my presents and a manicure I created with the Sephora kit, it was cool but I couldn't have stopped picking at the studs, what a little kid I am.

The first time I'd ever baked vegan stuff. It was pretty tricky, especially the frosting but the result was quite tasty. I still need to perfect it, though.

They give free Lindt bears in our local grocery store when you shop there, I've had so many lately.

 

This is such a food post. I love donuts and haven't had any in so long. This was a banana one. Plus I love fruit and this was my pre-gig snack - dragonfruit, grapes and pomegranate (my favourite fruit ever).

One of the reasons I love going to hardcore shows is the atmosphere; like one big family. We went to see our friends Empty Hall of Fame and a band called Eat Me Fresh I hadn't seen before. I was really tired after running errands and our own band practising that day but I had a great time anyway. Also I managed to lose my ear plugs. I keep losing them like crazy.

I think the next post will be lipstick-themed because I bought total of 6 lip products last few weeks. Talk about obsession. Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend, I'm now enjoying my fruit salad and waiting for my bandmates to arrive, we're playing a gig in a couple hours. Tomorrow I'm planning on baking vegan cupcakes, wish me luck with that!
